Offered individually, dyadic or in groups, our clinical social work supervision is intended to achieve 3 functions: Education, Support and Accountability.
Our supervisory approach emphasizes the importance of a trusting and respectful supervisory relationship and provide feedback, mentoring, support and constructive criticism encouraging critical reflection with the goal of improving clinical practice approaches and skills. Ethical responsibilities, advocacy and social justice activities and undertanding of the context of clinical social work will be woven throughout our provision of supervision to candidates.
